Bokningsvillkor

Lägenheterna bokas under högsäsong i första hand veckovis. Bytesdag är söndag. Incheckning sker tidigast kl 15.30 och utcheckning sker senast kl 11.00. Om möjligt kan du boka kortare tid, dock minst tre dygn. Du hämtar din nyckel hos IdreArne i Idre by. För att boka boende måste du vara minst 22 år.

Betalning

Du betalar 20% av hyreskostnaden inom 10 dagar efter din bokning. Då betalar du också eventuellt avbeställningsskydd. Resterande belopp betalas senast 30 dagar före ankomst. När vi fått din första betalning är bokningen bekräftad och då. I samband med slutbetalningen skickar vi dig all information som du behöver för incheckning mm. Vid bokning senare än 40 dagar före ankomst slutbetalas hela beloppet direkt.

Avbokningsregler

Du kan teckna ett avbeställningsskydd för 350 kr/lägenhet i samband med din bokning. Om du tecknat avbeställningsskydd kan du avboka och få du tillbaka hela hyran förutom avgiften för avbeställningsskydd och en administrationsavgift på 300 kr. Avbokningsskyddet gäller mot uppvisande av läkarintyg senast 10 dagar före ankomst. Saknas avbeställningsskydd och avbokningen sker mer än 30 dagar före ankomst behåller vi delbetalningen, vilket är 20% av hyresbeloppet. Vid avbokning mindre än 30 dagar före ankomst behåller vi hela beloppet.

Husdjur och allergi

Husdjur är inte tillåtna. Lägenheterna är dock inte allergisanerade.

Serviceavtal

Vi har ett serviceavtal med IdreArne som sköter jour och service.

Booking conditions

The accommodations are bookable per week during the peak season. Changeover day is Sunday. Check-in is earliest at 15.30 and check out by 11.00. Depending on availability, you can book a short stay of minimum three days. Keys to the accommodation are picked up at AB Idre Arne in Idre. To book accommodation, you must be at least 22 years old.

Payment

When booking you must pay 20% of the rental fee within 10 days after your reservation. Then you also pay the recommended cancellation insurance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once we receive your first payment the reservation is confirmed. In connection with the final payment we will send you all the information you need to check in etc. When booking later than 40 days prior to arrival the full amount is required.

Cancellation

You can pay a cancellation insurance of 350 SEK / apartment in connection with your booking. If you have a cancellation insurance, you are refunded the full rental fee except for the fee for the cancellation insurance and the administration fee of 300 SEK. The cancellation insurance is valid providing you present a medical certificate no later than 10 days prior to arrival. If you have not arranged for a cancellation insurance and the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, you will be charged 20% of the rental fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued by us.

Pets and allergy

Pets are not allowed. The accommodations are not allergy sanitized.

Service agreement

We have a service agreement with AB Idre Arne who will provide on-call service.
